Can you move a tab group to another window?

(I'm on Firefox 40.0.1, but I've never been able to do this...)

I have been using tab groups for quite a while. Sometimes, I end up with a tab group in its own window, and I would like to take the entire group and move it to a different Firefox window. (Or, sometimes, just a single tab from a group in one window to a different window.)

However, any attempt to do so has always ended up having the tab/group stopping at the edge of the window it's in.

Short of creating new tabs in the other window, and copy/paste the URLs, can this be done?
