I can't log in after already sending you a question. You sent a confirmation email, but no combo of my ID name and/or PW works.

Tell me what to do. My comcast address is disabled due to the problem I already outlined in another email to you,so you have to send email to the <newbeing> address. But you MUST have a person;s name as the sender. Can't be an auto email or it will be sent back for anti-spam verification and dropped down a hole by your own email sending software.

Please help. I can't get any help from you any other way.
