Why won't Firefox let me log in to PayPal?

The PayPal login page goes into an eternal loop. IE does not do this only Firefox,

Hi Clear the cookies and cache... If you are are unsure how to clear the cache etc. this will help- Clear cookies & clear cache

Or if you have install addblocker in your browser just disable it from this site(PayPal).
