I can't get filelink to show up in my thunderbird 45.2. can you help?

When I click on FileLink [after I have placed a file as an attachment] nothing happens.

On the toolbar > Options > Attachments > Outgoing.

To you have a provider listed there?

Matt, Thanks for your response. When I get to <Attachments> it is greyed out. I cannot follow through. Any further thoughts? Bob
