I signed into my tax program and it wants me to verify my id but nothing pops up on the screen is blank so i can not go any further can you help

I presume that your tax program is online and that you are using Firefox to access it.

Could it be that you have more than one add/pop up blocker installed? If you start firefox in safe mode by shutting it down and then pressing shift before you slick on Firefox to start it again, you can try Firefox without any extension (including add blockers such as Add Block Plus) and that might help.

You might also try in another browser.
