No matter what I’ve tried, Firefox isn’t syncing any of my data between Firefox iOS on my iPad and Firefox Desktop on my PC. It's synced data in the past, but doesn't appear to have synced anything in a while.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

  • Manually syncing
  • Ensuring Firefox on both devices are up-to-date (they are)
  • Logging out from both devices and logging back in
  • Disabling and re-enabling sync
  • Restarting both devices

Would deleting my account and restoring it be a potential solution? Because I'm afraid of potentially losing all my data, I would only commit to this as a last resort.

I would also like to note that I had to perform a fresh installation of Windows about 2 months ago on my Desktop. Could this be part of the issue?

I’m at a loss here, so any and all information would be appreciated. Thank you!

This might be worth submitting as a bug on bugzilla.mozilla.org or here https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/issues?
