I had to factory reset my laptop but could not save user data for Thunderbird beforehand. Is there any way I can still get my old email and local folder data back? I couldn't find any info on this in Community help section.

did your factory reset wipe the entire disk? If so then the local copy is gone it is the only one in existence unless you made a backup.

If your reset left a windows.old folder on your C: drive there might be hope.
