non è più possibile utilizzare thunderbird. si riavvia continuamente. ho notato che basta copiare parte di un email per mandarlo in crash. il tutto è aggiornato all'ultima versione. ho cancellato tutte le estensioni. cosa posso fare?

Prova anzitutto ad avviare Thunderbird in modalità provvisoria: https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/modalita-provvisoria-thunderbird

diciamo che se lo avvio in modalità provvisoria non mi da problemi. ma quando ritorno alla modalità normale, ricominciano gli stessi problemi.

Di solito questo accade quando un componente aggiuntivo (estensione) o un tema è incompatibile con Thunderbird. Ma se li hai già rimossi tutti, il problema va cercato altrove.
