Firefox 89 Tabs right above browser window?

I have been using Firefox with tabs right above the browser window, and below the address and bookmark bars, for a very long time. I don't want to stop now. But the hack I used with versions prior to 89 now puts the tabs at the bottom of the window and makes all but the current tab invisible.

Does anyone have userChrome.css code that works?
