Firefox for desktop (Windows, macOS, and Linux) from www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ has never been found to have a trojan or such as it would be hot news if a Firefox version was indeed infected with a trojan or such.. Some antivirus scanners have been known to occasionally give false positives after a recent version release and is often times fixed quickly in a new definitions update for the scanner.
