Every time I open Thunderbird email, "Add Security Exception" pops up. The issuer is Sectigo Limited. Should I confirm the exception and, if not, how do I fix this?

The server cert has expired, hence the exception prompt. It needs to be renewed.

That's your decision. If you think you're connected to a legitimate server you can probably create the exception.
