na aanmaken email account in thunderbird zijn niet alle mails zichtbaar

Ik gebruik op mijn tablet en telefoon Samsung mail, werkt perfect. Op windows "windows mail" maar nu over naar de nieuwe outlook voor windows, bevalt me niet. Vandaar nu thunderbird aan het proberen.

Ik heb in mijn kpn mail account veel mails in mappen opgeslagen. In thunderbird zijn er een paar mappen gevuld met emails, maar vooral heel veel niet?

Is dit op te lossen?

U kunt instellen hoe ver terug Thunderbird moet kijken (ervan uitgaand dat u IMAP gebruikt): kijk bij uw accountinstellingen onder Synchronisatie & opslag. Zie ook https://support.mozilla.org/nl/kb/imap-synchronisatie#w_synchronisatie-en-schijfruimtegebruik-configureren
