Cannot receive new emails after the recent SOFTWARE UPDATE. Have been using MOZILLA seamlessly up till this latest SOFTWARE UPDATE. The mailbox shows the new design but no new messages are coming.

ERROR MESSAGE: Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox.
