I have listed the problem below. The fire fox will not "force quit" I am on a mac. It says "error has occurred go back to mac store", plus there is an untitled window open as well that won't shut either. I've tried all your help pages and have gotten nowhere. Please help me.

Please give a screenshot. I just don't understand what "2 things on it" means.

To force quit Firefox, restart operating system.

Then start Firefox in Safe Mode (option+click the icon) (I don't know whether it will have the problem or not). Disable all extensions, close Firefox in Safe Mode and start Firefox in usual mode.

If you incidentally get any crash ID, give it here.
