When I start Firefox my designated homepage starts but Compuserve.com also starts and I don't want Compuserve.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

Firefox can open multiple home pages. They are separated by the "|" symbol. See: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How+to+set+the+home+page
