on the top of the page, I cannot find files,edit, view, favorites,tools, help..they do not show and they can not be found?

I can't see files,edit , view, favorites,tools,help, at the top of the page, and I can't find them anywhere. I can't find the tools menu, so I can't tell what extention.

Every time Firefox opened

Firefox 3.6+ versions have a feature to allow the user to hide the Menu bar.

Hit the Alt key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
