Why is Firefox now NOT enabling the Back button and not automatically showing the current web address in the bar? When did that become good behaviour for a Browser??
When I installed Firefox 4, these 2 features went away. sure I can now right click on the back arrow and choose a page to go back to. But most of the time I just want to go back 1 page. Why do I need to change my behaviour just for a new Firefox version?
Same with the web address URL bar. Why do I now have to forcibly click on the icon at left to show the current URL? It used to do that automatically? How can that be a security features to NOT display the current web page URL??
Please change these features in a new release of Firefox...

Do you have the McAfee SiteAdvisor?
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thanks! It turns out it was the Yahoo Toolbar (which I hate anyway - it came along for the ride with Yahoo Messenger) and as soon as I disabled that... the problem went away.
Thanks for the suggestions!
