In Windows 7, every 9 minutes Firefox hangs for about a minute with the message "Mozilla Firefox (not responding)". After about a minute it will work just fine. It happens on all webs sites. I've tried various things to no avail. (Disabled add-ons, etc.) I'm not even sure it's Firefox. I have a feeling it's some program checking for updates or something every nine minutes. Does anyone have a clue what runs every 9 minutes?
