Most of the time, menu in unreadable, due to transparency of browser. Even to move window, it becomes very hard. As window gets dragged, if mouse in not in a corner, it will change also que size, undesirably.

Chosen solution

You can disable transparency in Windows, see:

Right click in a free space on your desktop.
Left click on Personalization.
There are four options in Windows 7 at the bottom of the screen, choose "Window Color and Appearance".
Select a border color
Uncheck: "Enable transparency"

Instructions were good, and directed me to the right solution, except that in windows 7, you have to click on CUSTOMIZATION. I worked just fine, and actually improved the whole windows visual. Thank you very much.
