When reading mail: mail.yandex.ru through proxy (ntlm auth) i get multiple requests to xiva-daria.mail.yandex.net:443. In the same time IE8 doesnt do that.
The problem is:
this request to xiva-daria.mail.yandex.net:443 doesnt provide username/password information so it is blocked.
As a result I get multiple auth windows 'moz-proxy'.

No, that doesnt help. The same problem appears on all our computers. The problem appears even at a new installation. There's a discussion on ms support about this: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/ru-RU/isaru/thread/ac749592-a53b-4629-b489-ddffd1833700
