Browser remember downloaded files even if it is disabled in options, why?

I have disabled option: remember history and downloaded files but program still remembers these files.

Where do you see that Download history?

Is that in the download manager or in the downloads folder in the Bookmarks and History Manager (Library)?

Did you clear the Download history manually after disabling that setting?
