After update FireFox to latest version 22.0, once I turn on firebug, all the opening firefox browswer will hang and respond slowly. Please help.
Previously Firebug is working perfectly with FireFox and it helps a lot on web development. But few times of FireFox updates, once turn on the FireBug, FireFox will always hang, slow response, for example, clicking one button or one URL link on web page, it will take around 3 seconds only response. Click the scroll bar to scroll the page, the page will only scrolled after few seconds. The loading image on the tab will also hang and not circling.
Once turn off the Firebug, everything working fine.
It will be FireFox update having problems or the FireBug not compatible with the updated version of FireFox?
Try to search the updates for FireBug but it's the latest version.
Try to disable all the add-ons, plug-ins, not solving issue.

Hello, Go to about:config and try turning off javascript.options.strict .
Firebug is known to be very intense on Ram, try turning it off when you don't need to use it.

But I've checked my config, it already been turned off.
Same for the javascript.options.strict.debug, both of them are in 'false' initially.

After downgrade..working fine, try to run update again, firefox up to version 23, and seems like working fine now, no more lagging in firefox when turn on firebug!
