Hello diannek, right-click the bookmark with mouse, select properties and change the name (do not change the location).

You can also change the properties of a bookmark in the Bookmarks Manager (Library; Show All Bookmarks).
You can do that in the details pane at the bottom right (there is also a More button to display more properties).
