Thunderbird on Windows can't connect Imap but FreeBSD Version same setings does.

Hello; I noticed that my windows version of Thunderbird looses the ability to connect to my imap server. However, the FreeBSD version of Thunderbird always connects without issue. To get my Windows version to work I have to completely rest up the imap email account. My email is imap.deansplace.net and outgoing smpt.deansplace,net. Always works in UNIX fails in Windows.
