My saved passwords have appeared to desynced/dissapeared.
I have had maybe 50 saved password for at least 8 months. I have always had my sync active and there has never been an issue with remembering password. I do not use a master password. All of a sudden, my password are cleared in my password manager? I still have all of my bookmarks and things like my homepage are still there. Just the login info is all gone.
Is there any way I can retrieve this stuff? There were a few password I have no way of retrieving by any other means =/

Does your Windows machine have an option when you right click on a folder called "Restore previous version"?
This was a trick that phillip pointed out to me a while back, but not everyone sets this up. It was the built in back up of folders on Windows. If you can do this on the Firefox profile folder, the passwords can be retrieved.
However if you also have another computer connected to the account that still has the passwords it might be better to do it this way. Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles will indicate with file in the profile folder stores the passwords.
There might be better ways to do this as well.
Note that your System Details list shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts. The user.js file is only present if you or other software has created this file and normally it wouldn't be there.
You can check its content with a plain text editor (right-click: "Open with"; do not double-click). The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.
You can delete the user.js file if you didn't create this file yourself.
You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
Windows hides some file extensions by default. Among them are .html and .ini and .js and .txt, so you may only see file name without file extension. You can see the real file type (file extension) in the properties of the file via the right-click context menu in Windows Explorer.
