Friday my email stopped sending I get a message

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: smtpout.karoo.kcom.com. 

I am still getting it
My ISP is eclipse who broke away from Kcom a few months ago
Since then I have has a few other episodes of this error but they have cleared in a few hours

This is now in its third day
