Cannot send messages or reply to messages on Thunderbird. Have checked the ports values and they are correct

TELL ME HOW TO SEND MESSAGES ON THUNDERBIRD! NOW!!! My computer is a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 64-bit running Windows 10. Just recently Thunderbird no longer has a Send button and I cannot send or reply to messages, I can't even send a message to you lot either, Thunderbird has been free and now I keep getting requests for supporting thunderbird. I WIL NOT SEND MONEY TO YOU IF MY THUNDERBIRD doesn't work! I haven't been able to chat with a person or get help from you! This SUCKS! ANSWER ME NOW!!!
