Hello from Belgium,

I use Thunderbird with my Hotmail mailbox. Sometimes the body of a message is missing. I just have a serial number like this "--0000000000003fb6ca0619db6a84--" When I connect directly to Hotmail via the web. I can see the body. Curious, isn't it ??

Can you right click on the Inbox (or folder where the message exists), click properties, and click "Repair Folder". Does that help?

Thank you for your idea, empty messages are now completed but I think the problem is not solved and other incompleted messages will appear.
