Since 3.6 download, my extensions don't work. Cannot uninstall them, cannot update them, cannot do anything to them, even in safe mode. Adblock Plus, Better Privacy and No Script.

Maybe you are starting in Firefox Safe Mode and dont' know it? See Firefox is stuck in Troubleshoot Mode
