Ennyi információ alapján nagyon nehéz bármit is mondani. Milyen e-mail-fiókról (a szolgáltatóra vagyok elsősorban kíváncsi), illetve POP vagy IMAP-fiókról van-e szó? Frissült a Thunderbird mostanában? Mit jelent az hogy eltűntek? A mappák megvannak, csak a levelek hiányoznak?
