My emails are being blocked because too many emails have gone out. How do I get turned back on.
My emails that I am sending are coming back with the following message.
[Return Code 550] sid: Cf1t1o00o0GH1Ei01 :: SC-004 (COL004-MC3F26) Unfortunately, messages from 68.178.252.233 weren't sent. We recommend that you contact your Internet service provider. The problem is that too many unwanted messages have been sent from the following IP address above. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.
I have the feeling someone sent out bogus emails from my account. How do I get my email fixed so I can send emails again?

Live.com is blocking any emails that come from a certain IP address. I got a hold of GoDaddy who is my email host. They said that they are aware of the problem and requested Live.com to unblock the IP address. I'm not the only GoDaddy customer who has this problem. They said it would take a few days. In the meantime they set up my email with some kind of a program to block people from doing it again. Thank you for the help!

Thunderbird does not block your emailing privileges. It tells you in the error message to contact your ISP or email provider. Have you done that?
I logged into the go daddy account that is now hosting my email and there doesn't seem to be any problems there so I don't know where to go next. Have any ideas?
But that link above goes to live.com, meaning hotmail etc. Did you try that link?
