You posted here using Mac OS X 10_5_8 .

Firefox 16 is the last version which supports Mac OS X 10_5.

You can get the US English version here: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/16.0.2/mac/en-US/

Another option to consider is to install the last Firefox 10.0.x ESR version as that version is more recent than the Firefox 16.0.2 version.

If you can update to OSX 10.6 then you can use the current Firefox version including 32.0.2
