I have an account to synch on my pc, try to sign in on Android app but wouldn't accept the password. I then created another account with the exact same email and password. So now I have 2 accounts with exactly the same details! How is this possible?

Hi cma33, Are you trying to access a Firefox app password? Or are you saying that there is more than one account listed on the mobile device?

It is possible that one device is on the older version of Firefox Sync. You can check this by looking at the sign in style. Does one ask you to pair a device?

If this is not the case, please try to remove the account and reset the password of the one that is working.

I can't delete an account as they were both set up at virtually the same time and have the same email and password. They all say synch, but don't, I am thinking of deleting the whole thing and starting again.

Backing up the data in the profile before making any changes may be recommended: Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles

Its possible to delete the accounts on the server and save the data that is on the local profile only, please keep this in mind.
