Playing youtube h264 (html5 mode), always blurry video

Html5 player, H264 format. In h264, all videos a little blurry. If you i use a flash or vp9(html5 player) it's all right, everything is clear. Here are two screen to compare:

Did you check that you get the same resolution in case you get a lower resolution when the player looks blurry?

Yes, the resolution is the same. No matter what resolution in h264 (html5), always blurry video, as provided in the picture. But if video in vp9, then there is no blur, video clear and sharp. For the test, I checked out the video in chrome and Opera browsers, html5 mode (h264), the picture there is the same as the link "(flash h264)" in first post. I hope it then change for the better(future firefox builds), watch this blurring is not particularly pleasant.
