i am using mozila 24.0 my digital certificate show in firefox prepernce but not able to see any portal on ubuntu

HI bhor.tushar, Older versions of Firefox are not supported however if you are trying to add a certificate, how to add one has not changes much. Please make sure that the details of the certificate are compatible with that version of Firefox.

Generally you can also try to bypass the cache to reload the site: 

Reload the webpage while bypassing the cache using one of the following steps:
  • Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload button with a left click.

OR

  • Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows and Linux)
  • Press Command + Shift + R (Mac)
