I'm no longer receiving e-mails from a certain sender, I've been able to receive e-mails before. What happened?
I received my last e-mail from them last month. Now I can't receive anything they try to send to me. I've checked my Junk/Spam folder and nothing goes into it. I tried my other e-mail account but nothing was sent to it either. I can receive e-mails from other contacts. Just not the one sender, what's wrong?

If the emails do not make it into your inbox on your providers server, Thunderbird cannot download them. Log into your account at your providers web mail page. If they are not there ask your provider where your mail is going.
I'm sorry, I'm very new to e-mail in general. All I use is Thunderbird, how would I get to the web mail page?
Thunderbird is email client software that runs on your computer and is NOT your email provider. A hint to your provider is what follows after the @ in your address. @gmail is a gmail address and you would go to gmail.com @comcast is with Comcast and their web mail page is at comcast.net
Alright, I found it. Still no e-mails from the sender.
Then it is not a Thunderbird problem. If they do not reach your provider, there is noting for Thunderbird to download.
Is the sender getting an error message when they send to you? That could be a hint to what is going wrong.
There isn't any kind of error message. They try to send it to me. But I don't receive anything.
As stated earlier, if the message does not make it into your inbox on the server then Thunderbird cannot download it. You need to address this with the senders provider or yours.
