dears, I can not download new email each time I press " get mail" , then thunderbird just get 1 new email. then I must continuously press "get new mail " or press f5. And each tiem, I just can receive 1 mail. !!!!

The simple cure is disable your anti virus programs attempts to scan your incoming email.
