Hello, I go to compose in e mail for an old friend up pops his old e mails and yet in my contact e mail file is his only new e mail? WHY? I am an old 73 y/o lady and to go through all the steps to try to solve a situation is not very easy? Love when now I can get on CHAT and discuss what is going on. Thank you,

Hello, I understand that the email when you compose if from a friend and not your account. This is because it could be that his email account is logged in.

If you remember your password and account, first:

  1. Log out of the current email
  2. Go to the home page and log in

If it is a services fromt he airplane icon on the top right, remove the services from the Menu > Addons > then click on the services tab on the left of that page.
