In Yandex, Chrome, IE, and Opera I can get the old yahoo homepage (with the horizontal scroll) which I prefer but only in firefox I get the new homepage!?

I want this one "us.yahoo.com"

Hello, any luck if you paste the web page you want ( us.yahoo.com ) in the Home page firefox area. Follow the next steps : Click the 3-bar menu in the right > Options > General panel > In the Startup box > Home Page > paste the webpage > close the tab to save the preference.
