How can right-clicked 'Bookmarks Library' tab (via Bookmarks Menu) be made to appear OVER currently opened tab (no longer does this since upgrade to FF 43.0.1)?

The 'Bookmarks Library' tab *always* used to appear OVER the currently opened tab whenever it was right-clicked via the Bookmarks Menu. But, ever since upgrading to FF 43.0.1, that Library tab just stays in the Taskbar, and so I have to go down and click it in order for it to appear OVER the currently opened tab. Since this has to be done over and over and over again, it's irritating, and I can't find anything on the Mozilla or Bugzilla sites that address this issue.

Many thanks in advance!
