Hi,

Firefox was working fine, but when I closed it and reopened it, it didn't load any page. Other browsers work, but firefox doesn't. I looked at some sollutions on the internet (from another browser) but they didn't work. I restarted the computer but it didn't work either. There are no error messages, it is just loading forever in a white page.

Thanks in advance.

hello, normally such issues are caused by a firewall/security software which doesn't recognize & therefore blocks new firefox versions. please remove all program rules for firefox from your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.

Open the firewall settings. Look for the "rules" where programs are listed. Remove all entries for Firefox and Mozilla.

I did that, but it doesn't work. Should I reboot my computer after I remove the rules?
