The msg. "firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page" appears when I type "alexa.smile.amazon.com in the address bar. So I open new tab, type in alexa.smile.amazon.com and msg. appears briefly and redirects to amazon.com. I cannot load alexa.smile.amazon.com or without the "smile". Either way it doesn't load.

thanks, I just had it in my "head" that "smile" was in the address for alexa probably because it defaults to that when I go to amazon.com->smile.amazon.com. I thought for sure I had tried it without the smile as I said in earlier post. Definition of insanity....LOL
