Are blocklist.xml come from sites I directly visit?
Example: Facebook was in my blocklist.xml file, does that mean I visited that site?

blocklist.xml contains identifiers for add-ons that cause problems in Firefox, and everyone gets the same list. Some add-ons use email addresses like someone@facebook.com as identifiers. It doesn't reflect your own browsing one way or the other.
