Messages delete after 2 weeks. Never did this in the past.

2 desktops & my phone have had this email acct. for long time. Husband's desktop had problem in Sept - outside company helped fix it. After that, my emails wouldn't appear at all on my desktop. Company helped bring them back, but everything really slow after that. Also noticed that my messages delete after 2 weeks. Need past emails for work & business. Outside Co & TWC couldn't help me. Said CALL Thunderbird for help.
