There are several programs that I could not identify. You need to find out what those programs are for.
Perform a System File Check to fix corrupted system files Win 7, 8, 10, Vista: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833 Win XP: https://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/system_file_checker.mspx?mfr=true

Try to delete the cache files on the hard drive. You can see the location of the disk cache on the about:cache page.
- C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\cache2
Firefox uses two locations for the Firefox profile folder. Location used for the disk cache and other temporary files in "AppData\Local".
- C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\
Location used for the main profile in "AppData\Roaming".

How about removing just individual cookies?
You can remove individual cookies in the Cookie Manager.
You can inspect cookies and passwords and permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab via these steps:
- click "View Cookies" in "Tools -> Page Info -> Security" to inspect the cookies from the domain in the currently selected tab
- click "View Saved Passwords" in "Tools -> Page Info -> Security" to inspect the passwords from the domain in the currently selected tab
Clear the search bar to see all cookies and passwords.
Note that you can open "Tools -> Page Info" via the control center 'i' button at the left end of the location/address bar.
- click the "Site Identity Button" (Control Center 'i' button) at the left end of the location/address bar
- click the arrow to expand the security message
- click "More Information" to open "Tools -> Page Info"

How many cookies need to be deleted to makes this no longer persistent?
It would be best to remove all cookies from the site in question. You may lose any settings, password login, and other information.
