How can I get the new version of Firefox (57) to work with my Download Accelerator Plus?

I have used DAP for years but since the new Firefox update, DAP will not integrate with Firefox. I am not computer savvy so I might be missing something easy but it will only let me check IE under the Advanced Browser Integration section.

This download manager works separately from the browser. The browser tells it what to download, and off it goes.
