When you first updated Firefox to Quantum 57.0, it stopped working with tv.xfinity.com as "incompatible." I deleted 57.0 Quantum, reloaded the older version and everything works fine again; but then, your system goes in automatically and UPDATES my browser without my permission! Once again, the browser is "incompatible" and I cannot watch any of my programs online (I do not even own a TV, so this is how I watch with my xfinity subscription). I delete 57.0 again, reload 56.0, enjoy for a week or so, and then Firefox UPDATES and I have to start all over. This is the fifth time.

Then on top of that, Firefox has NO customer support service by phone OR e-mail OR online chat. Outrageous.

How can I make Firefox Quantum 57.0 COMPATIBLE with tv.xfinity.com OR stop these automatic updates and just continue using 56.0 until you can get your act together.
