I'm job hunting, and I have multiple windows opened in firefox with one of them containing a multitude of tabs with the job search sites. But I only need that window open when I'm actively looking, just sitting there in the background it is using resources. Is it possible to close just that window and then reopen it when I need it?

Chosen solution

Not really 'just closing the window and opening when you want' - but you can right-click a Tab in that window and use Bookmark All Tabs. Then that one window can be closed. You'll be asked to "name" that folder - I use the date that I saved those tabs in that folder so I can identify it when I come back to it. I do that for YouTube videos that are of interest to me, which I don't have time to view in a session. Too many 'cat' videos to watch, and so little time to actually view them.

And when you want to reload that window with all those tabs, just right-click that folder of bookmarks and use "Open All in Tabs."

Thank you! That accomplishes what I needed. Now I don't have 19+ tabs hanging open in the background all the time.
