Firefox crashes
Hi, my Tabs keeps crashing, ive updated my Drivers and started in safemode also ive checked hardware acceleration etc, i even downgraded to a lower firefox and it crashes and then wen i refresh the new version is updated, im getting crashes on alot of pages when i read my emails, look at facebook or just browsing pinterest or youtube the page just crashes and i i get Gah your tab just crashed sometimes it even crashes the Browser and i have to restart it. i dont know if its just the new version of firefox or ? any help on this is greatly accepted

hello, could you provide your latest few submitted crash reports? please enter about:crashes into the location bar, copy the latest few report ids from there starting with bp- & paste them here into a forum reply. this will give us a better understanding what may be triggering those crashes.

thanks, there are a number of things to try out:
- go to the firefox menu ≡ > options > privacy & security panel and under permissions check the setting to prevent accessibility services from accessing your browser and restart firefox once
- there is also an indication that a third-party library "appinit_dll.dll" is hooking into the firefox process. do you use any hardware/software from Lucidlogix Inc? otherwise you might want to run a scan with various different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.
- the crash pattern also may be due to faulty hardware. you should check the integrity of your ram overnight with a tool like www.memtest.org

Thanks Philip, i dont think i have any hardware or software with Lucidlogix but ill run some scans and do what you suggested and see if that helps in anyways. Thank you again for your help and ill keep you updates
