Forwarded emails containing graphics convert everything to text. Even when clicking on FORWARD and before selecting address to forward to, everything is displayed as text. All settings are as the default which have worked fine until a recent reinstall ???

I have found a workaround but the settings have to be re-entered EVERYTIME I need to FORWARD an email. For some reason the settings are not being saved. on FORWARD menu .. selecting Options/Delivery Format/Plain & Rich (HTML) text works. This will FORWARD the email in it's ORIGINAL format complete with graphics etc. But this has to be done everytime whereas it didn't before the re-install which was done basically as a repair which was tracked down to a TPG fault and didn't even NEED to be done anyway. My account somehow became marked as inactive for absolutely no reason as payment is made as a direct monthly debit So the problem now becomes .. SETTINGS are NOT being SAVED in TB config file. Tried running as admin .. no help Have tried reboot after settings altered .. no help Settings revert to AUTO-DETECT which doesn't now work but did before the re-install. Any suggestions ?
